Our Polaris POSI Star policy offers broad coverage for prospectus liability resulting from a specific securities transaction or from a number of securities transactions. Our policy caters for multi-party coverage if required, inclusive of advisors, selling & controlling shareholders. We can offer coverage for transaction for up to 6 years; if required, we can consider longer period of insurance.
